I consider it a distinct honour and privilege to assume the office of Chairman of the Institution of Engineers, Manipur Centre, for the tenure 2025–26 and 2026–27. In this distinguished role, I am dedicated to advancing the progress of our state by promoting comprehensive awareness across various engineering disciplines, while cultivating and inspiring young and dynamic minds imbued with strong ethical values, seamlessly aligned with cutting-edge technological advancements in the increasingly complex and progressive sphere of engineering science.
